  • As an effective lobby and advocacy group for issues of public broadcasting.

 

  • To establish partnerships with the voluntary sector so that they can help reflect civil society and community agendas from the bottom up and effectively use their communication budgets.

 

  • To provide effective development support communication responsive to a demand pull for programmes rather than a bureaucracy driven supply push.

 

  • To ensure effective and accountable use of public resources.
