Since graduating in direction from the Film & TV Institute of India, Pune, Kamal Swaroop has been involved in writing and directing documentary and feature films. Kamal received the Filmfare Critic’s Award in 1989 and the President’s Award in 1994. His films have been screened at international film festivals including Rotterdam, Berlin and others.
