Ashima is a Consultant for ‘Women building Peace Constituencies in Kashmir’ for WISCOMP. She is the regional co-ordinator of Athwaas, an initiative of WISCOMP at the grassroots in the conflict ridden zone of Jammu and Kashmir. She also works as an independent journalist contributing to various national dailies and feature services.
