ALI BAQUER

Ali Baquer was the President of Concerned Action Now (CAN), an NGO committed to research, action and advocacy for, by and with the disabled. Trained as a behavioural scientist, he had been engaged for nearly 40 years in researching, writing and making TV programmes on disability related issues.
